Exercise…ouch

So as part of being good, I’ve increased effort. So this week extra walks in the park, swimming, rugby and padel. But last night, rugby made an ouchie.

Touch rugby effectively means shuttle runs, and when trying to run backwards something in the leg went ouch. Just muscular, but ab ouch none the less. Walking is a bit funky today. I might tape up when I get home.

Have a good day.
