Monday, and the scales

Monday is weigh in and jab day. Fair to say its been a mixed bag so far, with weight gain last week! Impressive for the ozempic user!

Now to be clear, the jabs have been perscribed for diabetes control and for that I am on track and weight loss was the side benefit if you will. So can’t be too upset.

On the scales today, there was an emoji with raised eye brows, with a comment “you are loosing weight quicky” so 3 kg came off. I did nothing different, still exercising, still logging food etc. So who knows.

Today is a bank holiday so no work today, so been for a swim, and keeping the activity going.

Gardening done and weighting for food.

Cya.
