A busy day, pipeline building

Well that was a busy day. Review of the current work load, planning through end of May, and building the future pipeline of people. All very good, and will pay dividends moving forward.

I sent a small update of waiters and future requirements which seemed well received, and sparked a conversation about a specific case. One chat later all resolved.

Lots of the hood work, so no really a lot to see from it, but the work was a job well done.
