A nice long lie in today again before some activities. We’d preplanned in Padel with the nephew and Kurt the american. So that was fun. Followed up with a trip to Sainsbury’s where we sorted out tonights meal. A blackbean sauce to go with the chicken I already had prepared. A selection of veg was also useful.
Then a trip across the river, through the tunnel – if you know you know…. and pizza in Tynemouth . Really good food to be fair, and a place to back to. Then the real reason for going north…. a trip to the hospital for an xray for the dentist.
Oddly, the heavens opened, and we had a down pour and then some hail to round it out. A return home and then a little relax and some online shopping.
Dinner was made and it was ok , with some fruit to follow, and that rounds out the day.
