Thats the first Ozempic jab done. To be fair, nothing I asked for it was suggested by a consultant at the hospital. Several hurdles later, today was the day. First one done,and a stinking headache since. Could and probably is very much unrelated, but there you go.
Remaining hydrated, a mix of mostly water and the odd coffee. It says eat little and often, and more fibre. Duely noted but its also fair to say its too early to expect anything yet. Everything I’ve read said expect a few weeks before much different.
I’ve done the usual things you might expect, a weight in some photos, blood sugars etc.So time will tell, and If I can tolerate this.
